Muralismo

With muralismo, an art form emerged in Mexico in the 1920s that later spread to many countries in Latin America and the USA. Large-scale walls in public spaces were discovered as image carriers for primarily political and socially critical motifs that reflected the national events of the time after the Mexican Revolution.
