The present work is recorded as reproduced in the journal in November 1937, as noted in an inscription on the reverse: "Opera di Giuseppe Pellizza da Volpedo riprodotta sulla rivista Alexandria, Nov. 1937," followed by the authenticating signatures of the painters Attilio Caffassi and Beppe Leverero.
