On stable, beveled panel support. Very slight yellowing to the varnish layer. Otherwise, there appear to be no major condition issues affecting the work. Not examined out of frame. Under UV: varnish fluoresces green unevenly. Some scattered small dots and dashes of retouching in the sky. Some strengthening applied to shadows throughout. 'A' in 'Venezia' has been strengthened.
