On a tapering circular foot applied with oak leaves and acorns, the stem formed as a double headed fasces supporting three scrolled acanthus capped branches with leaf-form drip pans and cylindrical nozzles, with a central urn-form sconce surmounted by a finial fully modeled as an owl on a perch, the base rim engraved with monogram DB, marked on base rim and fasces blades with maker's mark only
