上款：「少卿」即王少卿（1900-1958），江蘇鹽城人，出身梨園世家，京劇老生鳳卿子，名旦瑤卿侄。幼習老生，擅胡琴，首製京劇二胡。二十年代起，應邀為梅蘭芳伴奏，合作數十載。寒雲乃名票，與梨園優伶頻有往來，嘗與鳳卿、少卿父子同臺，亦互有書畫寫贈。
