The book signed and numbered 'XIX' in black ink on the colophon, from the special book edition of 25 numbered in Roman numerals (there were also 5 artist's proofs, the standard edition was 100 in Arabic numerals), all loose prints signed and variously numbered from the edition of 75 in pencil (there were also 10 artist's proofs),published by Editions Alecto, London, all unframed
