Giclée print, laminated on aluminum. With the edition label on the reverse, there typographically labeled with details of the work and with the edition stamp, as well as with a handwritten number. From an edition of 200 copies. 142 x 98 cm.
Edition by Heni Productions after the painting "Waldhaus" (2004, Catalogue Raisonné 890-1). [JS].
- A gently nuanced, high-quality reproduction of the Richter painting “Waldhaus” (2004), in the same format. - Based on a photograph from his famous “Atlas”, Richter's fascinating landscape painting “Waldhaus” marks a continuation of his black-and-white photo paintings from his early work. - The title refers to the hotel “Waldhaus” in Sils Maria in Switzerland, where Richter and his family spent their vacations several times since 1992. - For 21 years, the “Art Compass” ranking has consistently named Richter as the world's most important artist.
