Lithograph in colors. Signed, dated, numbered and titled "Frau mit Kind". From an edition of 30 copies. On wove paper. 41.8 x 32.5 cm. Sheet: 50 x 37,7 cm.
Printed by Roland Ehrhardt, Dresden. Published as an 'academy print' by the Academy of Fine Arts, Dresden (with the blindstamp). [MH].
- Otto Dix regularly visited Dresden from 1949 until his death. - The artist himself described Ehrhard as “Germany's best printer”. - A wonderful example graphic art at its most painterly: the powerful brushwork gives the sheet a pictorial effect.

Private collection, Southern Germany. Private collection, Southern Germany (since 2009, inherited from the above)
In good condition. With isolated light crease marks in the corners. With isolated minimal foxing marks, primarily in the margins.
