- A small and fine example of early "Brücke" art in bright red. - Rare. One of only 9 known copies. - Today 5 copies are museum-owned: Musem Folkwang, Essen, Kunstsammlungen Chemnitz, Brücke Museum Berlin, Kupferstichkabinett Berlin, Sprengel Museum, Hanover.

Good overall impression. Slight mount staining. Left edge shows traces of squeezing and creasing. Lower margin with a horizontal cut, expertly closed at the sides. Lower edge with tiny tears, partially closed. Right edge with tiny losses in the center, that were expertly mended. Upper edge with small backed paper flaw, upper left corner and parallel to the edge with horizontal folding mark. Minimally soiled in the wide margin and with very few tiny stains. Lower left corner with small paper loss.
