Title: La Baie des Anges / Die Engelsbucht.
Date: 1962.
Technique: Colour lithograph on thin vellum.
Depiction Size: 78 x 57cm.
Sheet Size: 97,5 x 62cm.
Notation: Signed and dated.


Condition:
Red tones slightly faded. A strip of approx. 2.5 cm has been folded over at the lower edge. Slightly and irregularly discoloured. Sheet edges possibly trimmed. Slight creases in the margins due to former mounting. Occasional minimal traces of handling. Remains of old mounting all around verso as well as slightly discoloured and minimal colour abrasions. Otherwise in good condition.

With the typographic text imprint "NICE Soleil Fleurs Marc Chagall." The motif was designed for a publication by the tourist board about Nice and the French Riviera. Outside the edition of 5000 unsigned prints, 50 + 25 signed and numbered prints and some numbered H.C. prints.
