Sheet 10 of 10 from the album "Tables rases", one of 22 albums in the renowned graphic cycle "Les Phénomènes" (Oct. 1958-Apr. 1962). [AR].
LITERATURE: Sophie Webel, L'Œuvre Gravé et les Livres Illustrés par Jean Dubuffet, Catalogue raisonné, vol. I, Paris 1991, no. 714 (illustrated in color on p. 193, different copy). In good condition. Overall browning. Two or three slight handling creases along the left margin. In the lower right corner, outside the image, the paper is slightly lighter and slightly roughened in a small area. A small pinhole (studio-related) in the center of the upper and lower margins.
