- Charming light colors in combination with accents in sheet gold. - In the year of its creation, museums in Boston, Chicago, Detroit, New York (State) and Los Angeles (CA) showed a comprehensive retrospective of the artist's work. - Jules Bissier was represented at documenta III in Kassel in 1964.
Accompanied by a confirmation issued by Lisbeth Bissier on October 20, 1982 (copy).
Estate of the artist. Lisbeth Bissier, Ascona. Corporate Collection Ahlers AG, Herford (acquired from the above in 1980)
In good condition. The fabric slightly irregular at the edges.
