- Since the 1970s Bernd Koberling has found inspiration in nature. - The motif trails off into abstraction while only the title provides representational reference. - He is considered a key precursor of the New Wild Artists, however, he always avoided standard stylistic classification. - His works were shown in early shows like the legendary "A New Spirit in Painting“ at the Royal Academy in London (1981), "Zeitgeist“ at the Martin-Gropius-Bau in Berlin (1982) nd "Berlinart 1961-1987" at the Museum of Modern Art in New York and San Francisco (1987).

In good condition. The condition report was compiled in daylight with the help of an ultraviolet light and to the best of knowledge.
